“Phenomenal customer service!! Dave is so helpful! My Mini EZ dryer stopped working.. I'm thinking the power knob was damaged. The moment it happened I texted Dave about it and he responded right away. He said he could have it fixed up and have someone pick it up the next day! I don't live in Palm Desert but he said he could have a delivery driver come pick it up at my house in Irvine. Such relief! I highly recommend their services and products/dryers!”

“Please understand I am doing this review as someone who is a customer service manager at a resort. Reubens service is nothing short of EXCELLENT. I have a minature schnauzer and shes a bit of a diva, Ruben is the only groomer to never have issues and has her looking spectacular. I just rescued another schnauzer out of a bad situation and Reuben was able to get him in last minute. Also did an amazing job as the previous owner left the dog in bad shape, hes now quite a little handsome fellow. You would be doing a disservice to your pets not taking them to Reuben. I cannot say enough good things.”

But the Palm Springs store has a special place in my heart ❣ It’s nothing like having a local store that you feel comfortable in like you’re still at home when shopping. They’re not store employees, they’re much more like family members who are looking out for you and your pets needs.”
