“Great dog and cat supply store. Came here for the first time today. I will come back. Friendly customer service. There's a great assortment of stuff that I believe isn't commonly found in generic stores like PetSmart or Petco. 👍🏼 👍🏼”

“I stopped in to Zen Aquatics because I am curious about installing a koi pond in the backyard but have zero experience with fish. I was impressed by the water world inside this store with a truly magnificent tank by the register that had the coolest stingray swimming around. I was told that the owner, JP, has extensive knowledge about everything koi ponds and is a wonderful resource for advising on the installation and required equipment. I wasn't sure that koi would live in this hot desert environment but apparently they do just fine! Zen had a great selection of koi fish in multiple sizes and all the accoutrements to go with them. If I go through with the project I will definitely hit JP up!”

“Please understand I am doing this review as someone who is a customer service manager at a resort. Reubens service is nothing short of EXCELLENT. I have a minature schnauzer and shes a bit of a diva, Ruben is the only groomer to never have issues and has her looking spectacular. I just rescued another schnauzer out of a bad situation and Reuben was able to get him in last minute. Also did an amazing job as the previous owner left the dog in bad shape, hes now quite a little handsome fellow. You would be doing a disservice to your pets not taking them to Reuben. I cannot say enough good things.”

“These guys have the best dryers ever! Made in California at a fair price. Very durable and very powerful. Try leasing them and you'll see. Their lease rates are very reasonable and ive decided to keep leasing instead of buying because they maintain them too!”

“I love all of the Petco Stores ! But the Palm Springs store has a special place in my heart ❣ It’s nothing like having a local store that you feel comfortable in like you’re still at home when shopping. They’re not store employees, they’re much more like family members who are looking out for you and your pets needs.”

“Our dogs are only happy with Ana and the crew! George is absolutely fantastic! We have a senior dog and a younger dog, both very different personalities and tolerance. They both LOVE the groomers here and they always look amazing when I bring them home. Most of all, they take that extra step to care for your fur babies as if they’re their own. It took us going through several groomers in the valley to find them. Thank you!!”

“This location is perfect. Large selection, clean, organized, in-stock with a team that always go above and beyond your expectations. If you’re looking for training for your puppy to your senior dog; Lori is the perfect trainer, or for your grooming needs it’s Aimee. These two ladies are exceptional above all others. NOTE: Lori trainer is now on Ramon Rd & Heidi perfect groomer is there also 🙂”

“Staff was super polite to my grand dog and myself… explained everything easily… People were afraid of his size and breed; staff was gentle and reassuring with us both..”

“We were visiting from out of town and this particular store seemed smaller and older. Very short staffed with 7 people waiting for one cashier although there were at least 4 other employees on the floor. After about 10 minutes, another cashier showed up. Of course I was the last person in line so the cashier was happy to get the crickets I needed.”
