“Fernando at the groomers was phenomenal with my Lucie! I highly recommend him to care for your puppers. After having had terrible experiences with the groomers at the Palm Springs location, Fernando restored my faith in Petsmart. He listened to me when I expressed my concerns with my past experiences at the other location and the terrible service I received, I explained that my Lucie was a sweet loving dog and needed a patient dog loving groomer. He reassured me that he would be patient with her, that he loved dogs and owned 3 of his own. Then he very gently took her and gave me a thumbs up when I was outside the window looking in- that gave me so much piece of mind. To many, a dog may just be a dog, but to me my Lucie is a sweet soul, and Fernando treated her as such. I was so happy when he called me and told me Lucie was ready and that she would warm up after a few more visits. I gave him my word that Lucie will only be coming to him from now on! I also made sure to tip him, since after all, it was more than just a service he provided, he went above and beyond for my Lucie and I. Thank you Fernando for loving on my Lucie!”
