I have never rented a car from anyone. I was very appreciative how easy it was and the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. The trip ended so soon and I started thinking about my next trip using Dollar Car Rental.

Honestly…I’m not sure why it’s getting such bad reviews. We came in for coachella and it was really straight forward. I understand there could be a line and we waited 20ish minutes but the staff was really helpful and nice!
