“Great custom item home goods shop with items for seasonal decor, selfcare, and all areas of the home. They have amazing art, custom furniture for both outside and inside your home, glassware and more. Bright lighting from their huge windows over looking Palm Canyon Drive, just before the corner intersection with El Alameda. More than fair amount of parking in the rear lot as well as on the street. My friend Art purchased an end table with a shelf here and they came out and put it together for him, talk about great service! The guys in the shop were both super personable and asked us both as well as any customers in the store if we needed any help or had any questions. Aside from whats in-store Christopher Kennedy offers Interior Design services, shipping (and returns), lighting, and has been serving its customers and clients for over 15 years. Check out their website for more info, but absolutely check out this one of a kind store, maybe bring some new life into your home. Getting some of their silicone wine glasses stat in my life...Easy to clean and no breaking!!”

“I was antique shopping in Uptown Palm Springs for some MCM planter pots and modern style glass accessories to freshen up my midcentury patio sculpture garden when I spotted this lovely mid-century Moroccan Home Décor store. I had actually been here last Summer and remembered them having a selection of large unique modernist pottery planters in bright earthy colors. Sure enough, I was in luck. The owner of the import shop had even more of these big handmade ceramic flowerpots than last time. He travels to Morocco and finds hand-woven rugs, vintage textiles, luxury leather bags and Mid-Eastern antique brass objects and figures. Importing only the finest exotic antiques and contemporary gift items back to Palm Springs. It is different from the Asian antique rug and carpet stores in Cathedral City, Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage in that he brings in such a variety of home furnishings and home décor, not just carpeting. His store shelves are full of really cool objects. I liked speaking with the owner and learning more about him and his store. He is very nice and truly interested in his business and in his customers. I found everything I needed. I would recommend stopping here to check it out.”

“George and his treasures are sights not to be missed in the Palm Springs scene. Whether you are a design buff or just want to see and shop unique and wonderful items, you must, must visit the shop. I was interested in seeing some items he received just before the virus shut down, and as soon as he could lawfully, he met me by appointment. I live in Huntington Beach and the drive was so worth it. I ended up not buying what intended, but had to stop myself after the fantastic items I bought.I could fill my home with so much of what he showcases. There's so much to see and he has impeccable taste and knowledge of all things from St. John to lucite tables. He is just a pleasure and I feel fortunate to have happened upon his shop. I will definitely be back and refer others to this gem of a location.The best of the best!”

“We we're in Palm Springs a few weeks ago, popped into a La Mod and we're instantly stuck by the quality and the breadth of their inventory; some of the best that we saw in the desert. Miguel and Jimmy were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and made us comfortable with our purchase of a pair of FABULOUS mid century lamp. Not cheap but a fair price for these gems. Wrapped, well packed and ready for the trip to our home. “Tagged along with the wife to do some clothes shopping. Obviously, it is a lower budget store at very affordable prices. Appeared to me to be a store for larger chains to get rid of excess items that didn't sell through their stores. Don't get me wrong, the items for sale are of good quality at low prices. The selections of shoes were highly limited. We purchased several items, and we were happy with the quality and lower prices. A good store to shop at get good items without straining the budget.”
