“This review is long long looooong overdue. Melody Note is one of the best curated vintage stores I’ve ever been too. The curation of the inventory is immaculate and the store employees are so sweet and knowledgeable. I got an incredible, one of a kind vintage top there that’s become a favorite in my wardrobe. The owner Meghan is an incredible person with insane experience in the vintage world and so much knowledge of fashion, art, and music history. Cannot recommend this store enough!”

“We always these shops when we come to Palm Springs and come away with unique finds of the highest quality. The shops are a feast for the eyes. This time we purchased a pair of men shoes and some wonderful towels. The service is great too.”

“I love this store! Quirky, lots of really cool unique mid-century modern items. The owner has a great eye and beautiful taste. Not the stuffy, pretentious antique shop vibe that can be present in consignment shops in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. If you are looking for that singular piece, come here first. Next time I will take photos. ;-)”

“Not at all what we expected. I searched Yelp for thrift stores and this one popped up in search results. The reviews made it sound eclectic. It was actually more high-end, clean, smooth, subdued, and leaning towards one style. Most items looked new. The person who greets you is very inviting and I think without her, we may have turned right around and left immediately. But we walked through and took a look at everything. I wish Yelp would not group this business into results for thrift stores because it absolutely is not one.”

“This is my all time favorite vintage clothing boutique! I normally find awesome and unique treasures at the Rancho Mirage location, but now there is even greater fabulous finds at the Palm Spring boutique. If you need something vintage classic, this is the place for you!”

“If you're into Mid Century Modern, Palm Springs is the place; and I'm interested in the more specific "atompunk". I loved the stuff in this store, though I didn't find anything that fit me. Lots of Frank Sinatra and Googie era clothes and accessories, sone tiki mugs and shot glasses, records and bricabrack. Will be back!”

“Really amazing store!! Booths & decor is pretty spread out which is refreshing & tasteful! Most stores, especially antique stores seem to pack in merchandise. This store is more like a gallery with clothing & purchasable amazing items. Loved it!”

“A very large venue with many types of things. The items are displayed very nicely. The employees are helpful, if you are looking for specific things, just where to find them. It is at Palm Springs antique area.”

“The owner of Mitchells Palm Springs, Mr. Mitchell, is known for his unique fashion sense and love for his dogs, who are a constant presence in the store. He greets customers with enthusiasm and the store's lively atmosphere is a reflection of his infectious energy. Customers are welcome to interact with the dogs, who are named after famous designers. However, visitors should be aware that some items may be overpriced, and it's important to know your designer labels. The store's staff is knowledgeable and happy to offer advice. Despite this, Mitchells Palm Springs is a special and unforgettable destination.”
