“My uncle and I went into T mobile in the A.V. Mall. And honestly I was not prepared for the outstanding customer service we received. From the time we walked in we were immediately greeted by the associates. We weren’t left to wonder where to go or what to do. Our associate Jose was truly amazing. He took care of us from start to finish. I thought I would have to spend an hour or two helping my Uncle setup his new phone on my own time. “I needed a few capacitors for a quick repair, not only did they have some in stock but Juan was extremely helpful. He was not pushing for a sale & was very informative. I was very satisfied with my experience & purchase. The capacitors didn't fix my problem but that was on me. As for the help they gave me they get 5 stars for excellent customer service. Thank You.”

They are usually nice but don’t go in the morning the older gentleman is kind of unpleasant but now that he sees that I come in quite often he’s even became friendly I would’ve gave it a 5 but That? store is stay so busy that they don’t have time to clean and it’s not always cleaned the way it should be.”
