“My uncle and I went into T mobile in the A.V. Mall. And honestly I was not prepared for the outstanding customer service we received. From the time we walked in we were immediately greeted by the associates. We weren’t left to wonder where to go or what to do. Our associate Jose was truly amazing. He took care of us from start to finish. I thought I would have to spend an hour or two helping my Uncle setup his new phone on my own time. “I have to admit I've been using the 711, forward 4 years. And it has a lot of ups and Downs, but they have a new staff. Now one member, it's a Hispanic guy and he's awesome, very polite, very professional, I mean, he speeds up the line with other people. Just standing there meddling around this guy does his job, but with a smile, I don't know his name. He hasn't been there, but maybe a few months, but he makes it worth going because I see what's going to stop because of the way the cashiers and the employees work. But since he's been there, you know, it's Okay I give him a thumbs up”
