“Such a fun antique store! The owner was so friendly, offered me free coffee and also helped me find where to go to ship home the teapot I bought there (we were visiting from Alabama). Great selection of antiques, and they sell locally-made cookies that are out of this world delicious.”
“I needed a new twin/single mattress and had stopped into the Furniture Club. I met one of the owners of the store named Peter and he showed me what he had. It all came down to a memory foam mattress that didn't break the bank, $350, and is a fantastic investment for the longevity of the mattress itself, including my back! My old mattress, box spring and frame were picked up for free upon delivery of my new one...the delivery fee was only $30. All in all, wonderful experience with Peter. The store is family owned and have been in business for over 20+ years and I highly recommend shopping at the Furniture Club in Palmdale, CA for your future furnishings. “Over the course of 1.5 hours, having several different kind of conversations, searching interent for price-match opportunities with 60-mile radius!! I heard various sales pitches as to why I should buy 3 or 5-year warranties, escalated to national customer service over errant 11.25% Retail Tax applied to DELIVERY Service! The sales rep blamed the computer system for applying sales tax to DELIVERY and would do nothing to fix it.
The in-house customer service inserted itself. I had to wait until the national customer service released the transaction for the local customer service to apply any corrective action.
I was able to amalgamate a few discounts that made the wait worth-wild; however very stressful and time-consuming. Buyer beware; understand your Invoice charges; represent yourself to resolved issuesz because the commission-based sales team will not.”
