“A Treasure Trove with Just One Glitch My go-to spot for all things hardware, the local Ace Hardware store, has never disappointed me when it comes to finding just the right tool for the job. Their extensive inventory rivals any other hardware store, ensuring that I always find what I need. The array of products, coupled with competitive prices that match or beat any other store in the area, makes it my first choice for home improvement supplies. The staff there, with the exception of one individual, make shopping a breeze with their approachable and knowledgeable service. All the male employees and one female staff member stand out for their friendliness and eagerness to assist, making every visit a positive experience. However, my interactions have been somewhat marred by a less-than-pleasant exchange with another staff member, a lady with glasses, whose customer service skills were lacking. Despite this hiccup, I was able to locate my receipt at home and eventually exchanged my screw on a subsequent visit. While the solution was found, it was an inconvenience to drive back due to one person's reluctance to provide service. Adding to the store's appeal is the ample parking available every time I visit, which is not something I take for granted. This convenience, along with their fair pricing, solidifies Ace Hardware as a practical and reliable destination for my hardware needs. I hope that moving forward, the store will reinforce the importance of a uniformly positive customer service experience, reflecting the high standards they've set in every other aspect of their business.”

“When I order online I would like my stuff in a cart ready to go straight to my car every time I order pellet food and pine bedding for my goat those 2 things are never in a cart just sitting outside in it's normal place they make us get it or a guy loaded the 2 today my stuff was not ready for me just walk in and go it's to hot to wait for my stuff the whole point of any of us making online orders is for everything to be ready in a cart to go in pick up and leave do better next time everything needs to ready fore pick up”

“Staff is always friendly and helpful. John, who was moving stuff in the garden department, made me laugh as I was having adhd whilst looking for items for a project. A gentleman from the counter in the lumber area helped me find wood stakes, load them, provided helpful tips, and helped wheel lots of stakes to the register as I was alone.”
“Really appreciate it. I had no idea where to start! The guy helped me with my mother's project.I thought I was gonna have a hard time when mom wanted to go in herself. He treated us with patience and respect. Elderly people are not easy... but I was able to finally get the ball rolling on her home updates. He is the manager and has a ton of knowledge to advise novice welders. He has an awesome attitude too, fun guy to talk to.”
