“Jessica is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My mother passed away in June and she has a storage unit at this facility. I couldn’t locate her key to her unit. I called for about a month almost every 3 days so someone could cut the lock and no one would return the call. Upon not making the payment for November Jessica called to let me know the card on file was declined. I was upset because you can call for nonpayment but not to cut the lock. However, Jessica was VERY EMPATHETIC AND UNDERSTANDING. Four days after speaking with Jessica my issues were resolved. I never received a call from the escalation department or a manager. At one point I was told they didn’t have staff at that location…not my problem. Someone in management should’ve contacted me and came out to cut the lock. For me Jessica should teach the rest of the staff and management how to be empathetic and how to follow up with people especially in delicate situations like the demise of a loved one. The 5 stars are for Jessica, not the company. I wouldn’t recommend SecurCare, unless you are dealing directly with Jessica. Jessica felt my pain and frustration and dealt with me accordingly. Jessica, I wish you PEACE, PROSPERITY AND MANY BLESSINGS. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart! YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!”
“I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage! Omar and Erick were both super friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. They helped me find the perfect unit for my needs and made the whole process quick and easy. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. Omar even took the time to explain all the details about access hours and insurance options, and Erick made sure my gate code worked before I left. You can really tell they care about their customers here. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for hassle-free storage and great service!”

Here we are 5 months later I was notified of a rate increase, I spoke with Sabrina and within a week she managed to get approved for a deduction of the new current rate to something very affordable - she assisted me in changing my due date and was overly helpful and pleasant to deal with! Sabrina is an asset to this company and provides grade A customer service!!!”

“I had a couch I bought on offer up for our new place and it was impossible for me to find movers in the area to just pick up a couch. I called so many places, I almost gave up. When I kept seeing a yellow truck every time I went to work and finally decided to give them a call. Kevin was absolutely sweet and comforting. He charged me a reasonable amount to pick up my couch from Santa Clarita and bring it to Quartz Hill. Not only that the woman from offer up only wanted cash and the guys we're so sweet, had cash on them and paid her for me! They asked to Zelle them the amount of the couch + the pick up and delivery. When the guys got to my place they we're friendly, efficient and really helped put me at ease. I will definitely be recommending them and using them again if I ever need help. Thank you guys!
