If they’re closed, I like that I can talk to someone online via chat to get help. The access codes are easy, and online payments are easy to set up as well. These storage units are actually much nicer when comparing with other brands, and for a good price too. Overall, awesome service, great quality, and a safe experience. “Kevin and his team moved from a 10K sq.ft apartment (in Chicago) to a home in California. Not surprisingly, we had a lot of complexity . They were incredibly detailed, very very well organized, careful, and timely. The proof in that of the 394 boxes they moved, we didnt have a single failure ! They did it faster than planned. And one of their best attributes is their family owned business setting - its a small team of 4-5 people who know how to work well with each other, and they do both the packing and the unpacking.Thank you Kevin and team.”

“There are pros and cons to this place - It's clean and has a nice facility- the storage units are well made and secure. The down side is it's built on multi step terrain with several annoying large dips in road to get to your storage unit. My trailer and many others have bottomed out driving in and it actually ruined the tail of my trailer. Also the area is kinda sketchy with alot of sketchy people around. I've been approached several times by stranger while in there trying to sell me stuff or asking me for money and it just makes me feel somewhat unsafe at times. Also because of the terrain issues the storage units sit on platforms normally about 12 to 16 inches off the ground making it difficult or annoying when bringing items in and out of your storage. Maybe they are built like this to prevent flooding, not sure but you won't be able to wheel anything in and out due to the way it's built.”

“Great place ! I have had a private mailbox here for over 15 years. The price is better than anywhere else in the Antelope Valley. The lady in man that used to run it the couple they had left once and then he passed away and the owners got the lady to come back to be the manager again. They're really great people everyone who works here unfortunately the lady is leaving to move out of state which I don't blame her at all. And hopefully the new people that take over as the managers will not be like the last new managers that they had that were like total crooks.”
