This CVS location provides great customer service, with staff who are truly great, authentic, and helpful, making customers feel welcomed. The pharmacy receives particular praise for being easy, pleasant, and fast, often filling medications quickly and having items in stock when other locations do not. The pharmacists are commended for going the extra mile, working directly with doctors to secure needed medications and the best prices, and helping to navigate insurance. Customers appreciate that they can quickly reach the pharmacist when calling. However, the pharmacy sometimes appears short-staffed, and there are noted management issues. These include a frustrating maze of telephone prompts when calling and occasional problems with medication delivery. The store's app is considered pretty good but has limitations, such as not allowing customers to release a held medication remotely. While the store itself may not be the cleanest and some use it as a backup, the staff and management, including the very helpful store manager, consistently receive five-star reviews for their service and dedication.

The CVS in Palo Alto is one of my favorite because it is close by. It's easy and convenient and well stocked. Many products are in glass cases but customer service is still adhered to. Keep up the good work.
