“This pharmacy is good. They deserve a shoutout. The pharmacist doing vaccines is amazing, she’s so patient with kids and with me asking too many questions. The weekday folks are great at sorting my complicated prescriptions for both submitting in a way that makes it easy with health insurance and with working with my brand preferences. I have spent so much time in pharmacies and have never seen a complete block on Medicaid or insurance hold up this Walgreens’ line. They get the standard after work rush, but it goes pretty smoothly.

“I had to share this experience because it truly meant a lot to me.
I’m a regular at Walgreens, and I enjoy couponing. It takes time and effort to plan deals and organize paper coupons, but lately I’ve had experiences at other stores where I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience just for using them. In fact, just yesterday, I was told I shouldn’t use coupons because I should feel sorry that the store wasn’t making enough sales. I left feeling embarrassed.
Today was different.
I forgot to hand over my paper coupons before the first transaction was finished, and although the cashier couldn’t go back and apply them, she kindly said, “I want you to enjoy using your coupons.” For my next transaction, she patiently waited until I had everything ready before continuing.
That may sound like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me. She didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Instead, she made me feel like a valued customer. Her patience and kindness completely changed my day.
To the cashier who helped me today july 13th 2026 at 1:20 pm thank you. You reminded me that great customer service isn’t just about completing a transaction; it’s about making people feel welcome and respected. Walgreens is lucky to have someone like you.”

The store is always clean and well stocked, and the night and morning cashiers are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Darrell always makes my night.
