I selected this location to use as UPS access point but they held the package for only one day! Then they returned it to sender. They are supposed to hold it for 7 days.

This place is not the best CVS or the cleanest. It's been years I haven't seen a good CVS in California, specially in NorCal. I definitely use this one as backup to the Walgreens on Middlefield which is a few steps away from CVS. Palo Alto needs better pharmacies.

I am glad that I found this pharmacy. Presently I know where to go each time I expected to get some medication and nutrients! This pharmacy should be known by many!
