“I had a check engine light go on while on the road. But the vehicle was running well enough to get it to Bryants. I was told they couldn't get to it that day but was able to get an appointment the next morning. So, I took it back. I left the vehicle there for them to work on. I missed the call later that after noon saying the work was done and I could pick it up. So, I went in the following day to pick it up. Everything was great, running like a top. So, I was on my way. I ran a couple errands and while on the way home the vehicle through another code and the check engine light came back on and started running rough, just like it did before I took it in. Well I contacted Bryants and they told me to bring it in and they would check it over. Well, they put their collect brain trust to work and a couple hours later I got a call, they figured out the problem, it was covered by a Chrysler Service Bulletin. But even though they now knew what was wrong, and why it repeated the same issue, there was a bigger problem. The chemical that was needed to clear the carbon from the valves IAW the Chrysler Service Bulletin was illegal for use in California. So, they put the brain trust together again and last I heard they were trying to find some king of magic juice to do what needed doing. I am hopeful they will find a solution to the problem. Having been a mechanic, I understand how frustrating it is to have to do rework, but it was no fault of Bryants staff. I told the service writer that I have no problems with having to bring it back especially on this type of problem. I am taking my wifes car in next week and my truck will follow at a later date. I have all the confidence in the World that they will resolve the issue.”

“This is the best place for maintenance. I got my oil changed today and was in and out in under 30 min. Mike helped me pick the right treatment for my high mileage car and when I came to pick it up he had an extremely reasonable quote ready for my poor tires that really need changing. He was so friendly and I appreciated it a lot. I will go back to get my new tires and for all future oil changes.”
“Only giving 4 stars because when they lubed my doors, there was oil dripping down the side of them when I got home. Also, my hood and other parts of my truck were covered in oil from their hands... 130 dollars for oil change come on guys, shouldn't have oil all over my truck. Other than that they were fast and very friendly”
