“I have not been back at Anderson Walmart for many months. I have read all the negative press about Walmart's customer service issues and I was frustrated by the long lines and so few checkers on my last visit.
I was pleasantly surprised to see clean and uncrowded self-service checkout areas. The regular checkout lanes were also not crowded. My wait and checkout time was the best one I've had in years at any store. My checker was pleasant, efficient, and helpful.
The grocery associate I asked for help was very helpful and willing. I see a great improvement in employee attitudes and customer service.

“Had to make the switch to here after my local Rite Aid closed and I have to say, so far so good. Sign up was quick and smooth, service is good. No issues with getting the meds I need on time. I feel the low ratings are due mostly to people being impatient, this Pharmacy does just fine.”

“I am ashamed you pple refused to look up his refills, I was with him at Drs. To see him send it in to you, you just had to look, but you didn't. Now HE suffers!... Shame on you! The refills are there, you have to listen to the patient.. Period!
The staff was the worst! They blacked him off! Now he suffers!”

“Recently switched up pharmacies because of terrible service at another. The costco pharmacy has been awesome!! Multiple pharmacists working so you don't have to wait long for your prescription to be filled. Had a prescription called in late because my wife has been very sick. Called to see if it was possible that it would be filled before they close (called in 2 hours before close) whoever I talked to was amazing and asked if I needed it tonight or if tomorrow would work. Let he know we really needed it this evening and her answer was "no problem, just give us an hour. 1 hour later and it was ready. Super glad we switched to costco pharmacy. 1 happy customer here ?”

“Brittany in the cosmetics/beauty/lotions/etc. Dept. went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed. She had suggestions and knowledge about products and I am so grateful to have had her there when walking in. So patient, personable, kind and professional. That girl deserves a raise! Walgreens is lucky to have her. Seriously. I've worked in customer service all my life and I know a keeper when I see one.”
“They took the time to look for a non pharmacy medication. Out so suggest I call pharmacy back Mon may discontinue this important over counter med. Called back they set aside one of 3 in stock. I came for it. I'm.nearly 80 and only Wal Mart has this brand now. Extremely kind of them.”

“I needed to get a brace for my leg this morning. I found what I needed, and it was very nice to have several choices to choose from.
While I was there at slightly after 8am this morning, a couple of thieves entered the store.
Brittany did an excellent job of getting the merchandise back and kicking them out of the store. I really appreciated her taking her job seriously and not allowing petty thieves to steal stuff, which in turn raises prices for the rest of us honest shoppers.
If I understood a comment she made, she's a veteran too, so thank you for your service!”
“Very friendly staff. We have no problems getting prescriptions filled. They take better care of us than the other pharmacy we went to. I love that they bring prescriptions out to your car, wonderful service. Even when very busy we usually have them within an hour.”
“This pharmacy has worked its way through a lot of staffing hardship and has finally got a GREAT pharmacist and GREAT staff. If you are a customer there I challenge you to write a review about a more recent experience. Covid made it very hard to keep people working. They've been doing great for a quite a while now I just thought somebody needed to speak up. Edit: drive-thru been open for quite a while now too just an FYI”

“Great customer service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only times I have had to wait for a prescription is when they need to contact the doctor for refill or when the medicine needs to be ordered. I recommend them above all other pharmacies that I have used.”
“Pharmacy review: Friday is really busy. If you want it same day, you'll need to pick somewhere less busy. This place is swamped. The pharmacy thrives as a weekend pickup, for which it's super useful. They will produce your script if you don't mind waiting in the store. There is always work to do on their tremendous backlog as this is probably the most used pharmacy in Redding. It's hard to have patience so if you're like me, choose another pharmacy or use this location on the weekend.Retail review: Average. Not super good, not super bad. No complaints but can say they are friendly and helpful...a rare charm considering the rough characters that frequent the nearby streets.”

“I've been somewhat lucky, love the pharmacist to pieces. Friendly and very helpful. Girl with glasses that works the counter, not so pleasant (maybe some customer service training could help). We always feel as though we are interuping her day and are bothering her. But overall service is good!”
