“It’s often difficult for pharmacies to receive good reviews, simply because the majority of people only do so when they perceive something to be inexcusable, thus the poor review. That said, I wanted to be sure to leave a glowing 5 star review for this hard working and efficient small pharmacy. Have I waited a long time before? Of course, it’s a pharmacy. However, at this one I genuinely believe that most of the people working here are actually kind, authentic, and dedicated. I highly recommend never switching to this pharmacy. As more customers= longer wait times. ;)”

“Great customer service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only times I have had to wait for a prescription is when they need to contact the doctor for refill or when the medicine needs to be ordered. I recommend them above all other pharmacies that I have used.”
“I switched pharmacies to here and I have 4 boys plus my husband and so far we have never had a problem with CVS. Only insurance when it doesn't work. But, CVS has been my family's reliable source of meds and the staff is helpful and kind. They have even left the back to help me find over the counter meds and give recommendations. I use their app and it works fine as well as text. I'm notified when our meds are done and ready for pick up. If we keep forgetting to pick them up they send out helpful count down reminders. If I have to wait for my meds when inside the building it doesn't take too long to be called up. This is a great group of pharmacists. They work hard to try to get through everyone. You do remember they did acquire a whole bunch of new customers from Rite Aid! Do to others as you would have them do to you. Don't be mean. Oh, just don't ever use the phone to call. I don't. Because I think they are just a way to cut in line. Plus, there's a lot of people to get through to. Get plugged in with their app and/or text stream instead or just go inside. ?? Keep up the good work CVS!”

“The girl who stocks the health and beauty aid department was so helpful to me yesterday unfortunately I didn’t get her name I looked on line before I went down there and it said they had eight of what I needed so after work I went only to find out that there was none this was the second store I had gone too! The other was a Raley’s after fixing her inventory she found a store for me and wonder apologized! It worked out and I was very happy ?”
“The only downside is, they don't have an electric wheelchair (but that's ok).
Other than that, I've had nothing but positive encounters with this facility.
They are always well stocked, very fast with curbside, very helpful in store, especially those with disabilities.

And less than 20 seconds, a young man came to assist me as he opened the case I was standing in front of he stayed with me as I needed to go to two different cases to retrieve other products. “Costco is a great place to save money.
Its also a place where it's easy to spend too much money. Choose wisely.
I wish they had planned out the traffic patterns better, for all the traffic that comes into the Costco parking areas, that also go into the fast food places and other stores. That is probably the responsibility of City of Redding planners. They could have made the patterns better before they approved all the building in this shpping area of the past two years. Update 3.30.26: I don't like that they don't post prices on the appliances. They have a nice list of benefits of buying from them, but no prices. I don't feel like having to go online to get prices of items right in front of me. Just wanted to add that note.”
