“I was a long-time Rite Aid customer, and when it went out of business, a ton of people recommended I make sure to transfer to CVS on Court. I am REALLY HAPPY I did.
On the first of this year, I had to change my insurance to some awful plan for emergencies only. My copay for prescriptions is $60, and the cash price was $50 for the medication I was trying to pick up today. I was literally just going to have them process it as cash pay and pay the $50 for a one month supply cause I need the medication that bad to function.
When I picked it up, Katie at the counter scanned the prescription, and immediately noticed the price without insurance. Without hesitation, she told me she was going to have Alex run the prescription under a discount card. I was SO GLAD she offered because I was too nervous to bring it up myself. I didn't want to hold up the line.
I sat for maybe 8 minutes waiting for Alex to reprocess the prescription with a discount card. He was super quick even though he was also answering the phone while helping me. When Katie called me back up, the prescription was only $18!!!! Saved me $32 with all your patience and kindness (and efficiency). I left feeling relieved.

The 2 people ahead of me had quite awful attitudes. The stuff they barked is not worth repeating. No one should have to deal with that abuse. It happens though. Way too much. It’s why healthcare professionals are throwing in the towel.
I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. I go out of my way to work with the staff at this specific CVS. They have never once made a mistake on my RX’s, and have never been anything but 110% professional.

I challenge dissatisfied customers to give any other place a shot. Safeway, Walgreens, Target, local spots.
I have used this pharmacy for years now. I won’t change pharmacies until I find something better.

“They took the time to look for a non pharmacy medication. Out so suggest I call pharmacy back Mon may discontinue this important over counter med. Called back they set aside one of 3 in stock. I came for it. I'm.nearly 80 and only Wal Mart has this brand now. Extremely kind of them.”

“I switched pharmacies to here and I have 4 boys plus my husband and so far we have never had a problem with CVS. Only insurance when it doesn't work. But, CVS has been my family's reliable source of meds and the staff is helpful and kind. They have even left the back to help me find over the counter meds and give recommendations. I use their app and it works fine as well as text. I'm notified when our meds are done and ready for pick up. If we keep forgetting to pick them up they send out helpful count down reminders. If I have to wait for my meds when inside the building it doesn't take too long to be called up. This is a great group of pharmacists. They work hard to try to get through everyone. You do remember they did acquire a whole bunch of new customers from Rite Aid! Do to others as you would have them do to you. Don't be mean. Oh, just don't ever use the phone to call. I don't. Because I think they are just a way to cut in line. Plus, there's a lot of people to get through to. Get plugged in with their app and/or text stream instead or just go inside. ?? Keep up the good work CVS!”

“Costco is a great place to save money.
Its also a place where it's easy to spend too much money. Choose wisely.
I wish they had planned out the traffic patterns better, for all the traffic that comes into the Costco parking areas, that also go into the fast food places and other stores. That is probably the responsibility of City of Redding planners. They could have made the patterns better before they approved all the building in this shpping area of the past two years. Update 3.30.26: I don't like that they don't post prices on the appliances. They have a nice list of benefits of buying from them, but no prices. I don't feel like having to go online to get prices of items right in front of me. Just wanted to add that note.”
