“I'm visiting family in this area for the summer. I realized, I had forgotten my medications back home and I started to panic. I started calling pharmacies around the area and no one had the medication in stock. I was losing hope when I called this pharmacy, also already annoyed. I was put on hold for a bit and the pharmacist (Ron) ended up picking it up and helping me. Unfortunately, that day they didn't have it in stock either but he offered to check if he could order it for me, and yes! That's all I wanted was to at least have it. I wasn't worried about missing a dose but I needed it for the summer here. He said he'd call my pharmacy and transfer my prescription and let me know when it will be available to be picked up. The pharmacist ended up contacting me that my prescription was ready and I got to pick it up. I greatly appreciate his proactive approach, instead of saying no he gave me a solution and helped me through the whole process. Exceptional service and I highly recommend for the outstanding care.”

“I just came across a product here at Costco I just had to tell you guys about. It's the frozen Marinated Wild Salmon Fillets. It's in the frozen section and includes 6 individually vac sealed 5 oz pieces for about $24 ... that come out to about $9.95/lb, same price of all the salmon kinds at Costco. These are marinated in a sauce and you just toss them in the oven or BBQ in my case and that's it! 4 min over low direct heat in the BBQ and it's done ... NO flipping! EASY! I'm coming back to get more of these and keep them in the freezer.”

“Pharmacy review: Friday is really busy. If you want it same day, you'll need to pick somewhere less busy. This place is swamped. The pharmacy thrives as a weekend pickup, for which it's super useful. They will produce your script if you don't mind waiting in the store. There is always work to do on their tremendous backlog as this is probably the most used pharmacy in Redding. It's hard to have patience so if you're like me, choose another pharmacy or use this location on the weekend.Retail review: Average. Not super good, not super bad. No complaints but can say they are friendly and helpful...a rare charm considering the rough characters that frequent the nearby streets.”

She had suggestions and knowledge about products and I am so grateful to have had her there when walking in. So patient, personable, kind and professional. That girl deserves a raise! “I had forgot to refill my medication and was out of pills. The pharmacy I usually go to, CVS at Shasta Community Health Center, was closed the next day (Saturday) and I only had 10 minutes to get there...TL:DR - They put my prescription on hold so that I could go to ANY CVS and pick it up! I called the local one and they had it ready by the time I drove down there. The staff member was very charming and funny!”

Honestly I have been to this Walgreens a couple of times and even though they were never my first choice, the service from the Pharmacy staff have always been above and beyond. Went there before to fill a prescription and the Pharmacist (of Asian descent) personally came out to assist me with choosing the correct iron tablet. I have been there at least five times because Walgreens on Lake has messed up my prescription and every single time, the service has been great...thank you guys...I was honestly about to switch Pharmacy after tonight but you guys did well, again...thank you.”
