“I had the most wonderful experience while shopping for a sofa at Living Spaces in Van Nuys. Anthony, the young man who helped me with my purchase has excellent customer service skills! He never made me feel pressured. Anthony was actually interested in making sure I went home satisfied with my purchase. He even carried an end table over to the sofa I wanted so I could see how they looked together (and this table was in a whole different area, not close). I opted out on the table, but Anthony never made me feel bad for doing so. I can not thank Anthony enough for informing me of the 5 year Care Protection Plan for my purchase which has put my mind at ease from worrying about stains or mechanical issues with sofa at a great price! Kudos to everyone at Living Spaces in Van Nuys! I didn't get the names of everyone, but everyone there seemed to work as one smooth unit. The young lady in the cashier dept (who does her own braids) kind & knowledgeable. The man I first saw in the outlet area, he right away sent Anthony to me when I informed him I was ready to make my purchase. Thank you all!
