“This is a great place to get everything for your house. From dinning room sets, to patio furniture.
They buy items from hotels that are in good shape and sell it at a discount. The only thing is that it's sometimes hit or miss. Once we walked away with mother load of stuff we had to get a U-Haul. Another time we went we didn't find anything.
Also the staff there is friendly and willing to help you and can sometimes on some iteams offer more of a discount.

Luckily, I found them on offer up and picked up my new sofa and accent chair for such an affordable price. Customer service was excellent! Very friendly and helped us load up our furniture. They really went above and beyond for us.Highly recommend them! They sell out fast so make sure you don't wait too long.”

“I have to say how INCREDIBLY helpful Polin B was. She is the store manager here at the Van Nuys location. My husband and I came in looking for twin beds for our daughters. She had two readily available for us to purchase. We didn’t realize that the mattress was too thick for the top bunk bed. I quickly called the store and explained to Paulin the situation and I asked if there was any possible way to exchange the mattress for a smaller thickness level since I worried my daughter would fall off the bed. She was extremely understanding and said since we had just left the store to come back to get the proper size for the top bunk. We came back and returned the mattress and she quickly rang us up with the proper bed size for the top bunk bed. She was so kind, understanding and absolutely professional!”
