“Loved my experience here. Joshua was the associate who helped my brother and I. He was incredibly helpful and patient! We walked in hoping to get me a new phone, ended up walking out with new lines for my family, and six brand new devices. You know the deals were great if we were able to convince my old, stubborn dad to join the plan. Marvin (I hope this is correct) the supervisor, was the other gentleman who helped us. They both made sure we left feeling happy, I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell us something- just genuinely wanted us to get what we could out of the experience. Following up, we had some questions about pricing. Joshua was quick to get back to us and was more than happy to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this store!”
“I have been a boost mobile customer since it was Virgin mobile. I left Verizon for Virgin and now boost and haven’t looked back since! I have done ALL my business online using boosts website since I got my very first sim on the virgin plan etc.
On Halloween my bag was stolen with my phone/ID/cards, etc. so I got locked out of my online portal. I made the trip over to this store for some help and received the best customer service I have gotten in years!
Michelle and the two gentleman working there were so helpful and worked with me so that I could get a device within my budget and immediate need that was compatible to my plan. They didn’t force me into any upgrades or contracts. As long as I am living in the area I plan to visit them in store for cases/accessories and my next upgrade rather than go online!

“I was locked out of my google account and visited 4 stores but none could help me get back in . The girl in this store took 10 minutes and resolved my issue. I have this google account since 20 years and don’t want to loose it as all my pictures and data were stored in it. If not for her I couldn’t have gained the access back. It was showing that the account will be deleted in 27 days. She helped me when I lost hope. Definitely my favorite place. They don’t force you to buy something that you don’t want to and they help you going out of their way. Best experience till now.”
