“So, I originally was at another store that was a Franchise location not a Corporate store, and the Associates there were just having problems with fixing the situation that I was in, so they ultimately couldn't help me and they sent me to this Corporate store location. So when I got there I explained my situation and Stephanie and her manager went above and beyond helping me with the situation that I was in, and they figured out a way to get me what I needed to where I left with the situation resolved and being truly satisfied with the outcome.
