One bit of advice though, the black, plastic tub inserts that raise the dog about an inch off the bottom of the tub have bowed and sag in the center. When the weight of a medium dog stands on that, it bows even more and all but completely blocks the drain. It's impossible to know if you've rinsed out all the shampoo or conditioner when the dog is standing in two inches of soapy water. Just a little support in the center of those should fix that.”
