“I just wanted to get on here & leave a review about “Ross” in Paramount CA, it’s located in the Paramount Town Center, or Paramount & Alondra by Wells Fargo, i used to live on Paramount & Rosecrans at the beginning of this year, so that Ross was the closest to me, I only shopped there twice because from the front door to checking out, I felt really uncomfortable, security at the door barely spoke cashiers were so dry & unfriendly. Well about a week ago I needed to grab something real quick so against my better judgment I went in & when I did it was amazing the security guard at the door (Tall African-American) he was so friendly & welcoming, it really made me feel I had made the right choice by coming in, he was even nice when checking my receipt I know this is weird, but he made me feel so welcoming. I think I might even shop there again, but only if I see him at the door don’t know his name, but he was really welcoming and friendly to me and I really really appreciate that. I don’t like going places. I don’t feel welcome.”
