“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

Thankfully however, they were able to change the dimensions of the box and were able to bring it down to 150! The validate parking for 2 hours. You can get some parking on the street but the structure is good. Plenty of spaces. I don't mind coming by here especially for the Trader Joe's”

“These guys go above and beyond in service but that's only the cherry on top to this one stop shop.
We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.”

Today I was rushing to mail a package as I’m new to the area so I 1) didn’t realize how long it would take me to get there during rush hour, and 2) went to the back of the shopping center instead of the front and called super frazzled minutes before 5:30pm thinking I wasn’t going to make it after a long drive. Despite the fact that I’m quite sure I sounded completely unhinged, the staff member was as calming and kind in person as on the phone, and her boss whom I met there was equally genuine and knowledgeable about some questions I had regarding shipping. My stress melted away chatting with them and I can’t recommend their excellent customer service enough!”
