We came in to pick up a phone we bought online today, and accidentally thought it was today. We walked in and asked if we could pick it up today, and the guy wanted us to cancel our order and place an order with him. I find it unacceptable that his commission took precedence over service.

One of the best Apple stores. Employees, here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to buy a phone, iPad or computer as well as any Apple product. They even offer classes on their products throughout the day, every day.
