I ordered from USA to Germany. So it took 3-4 Weeks for the item to arrive.But nevertheless it arrived…The support answered within 2 hours.I would say that the reviews saying that it’s a scam are misleading.To be on the safe side, just order via Paypal. Worst costomer service I've ever used. Tried to cancel an order, and they lied to me about the status of the order and stalled for time until they could post it and it was too late.Would give zero stars if possible.
