Annie and Sophie are so helpful i was on on the phone with cricket more then 2 house but they helped me less than 15 minutes of walking in the store

Thank you Sophia for helping me. She was very patient and she had someone screaming at her over something that wasn't her fault and she kept her cool personally i wouldn't be able to so she rocks for that. Very nice person
