My BofA burned down in Altadena and now am renting near Hastings Ranch. Had to go to the Hastings Ranch BOfA to get over 2 k out for a contractor to rebuild my burned down home as well in Altadena. 2 tellers on a Saturday? This bank should be revaluated in tellers for a Saturday. I am glad for the 4pm closing time though.

My experience was very pleasant I was assisted by the branch manager first who then asked the Financial Solutions Advisor Tanya to further assist me, she was able to help me right away even without having an appointment. Very professional and helpful.I appreciated the time and effort they spent with me.
