Extreme lack of service in the sofas area. Was there with family and the associates were “busy” behind the desks not helping anyone on the floor. Definitely made eye contact and there was no sense of customer service. Disappointed and going to find another store.

They didnt have the sateen sheets in store. Have to order online and get it shipped. Or wait a while to pick up from store. I think this will be the future but sucks haha
