“I've been dealing with lower back pain ever since I had my first child, and I spend 8+ hours a day at my desk. I would spend most nights with a heat pad or ice pack on my back, and would fall asleep in pain. PT helped a little, but not much. So I went to Relax and the Back and talked to Aaron, who was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through a few different options, but it became abundantly clear that the LifeForm chair was going to be for me. It takes a few weeks for the chair to be made after you order it, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that after my first day sitting in my new chair at work, I felt like a new person. My back didn't hurt at all. And as I write this review, just about a month since I received my new chair, this has remained true. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever had. Hands down. Cannot recommend this store or LifeForm chairs highly enough.”
“This is my first mattress that I’ve ever purchased. When I was initially introduced to this store, I was kind of skeptical at first. Perhaps I had this preconceived notion that any smaller mattress businesses might scam me into buying a cheap quality mattress for a really high markup price. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong. Daniel was extremely easy to work with, really knowledgeable even beyond just mattresses. He gave a very honest and genuine customer service, worked with my budget and what I was looking for from a bed, and hell, I got probably the best bed I could ask for and more from what I offered to pay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and come back.”

I came in thinking that I wanted the firmest mattress available, and was surprised by how much I enjoyed the medium firm mattress with an integrated pillow top. “Absolutely thrilled with my purchase of an 18th Century Bikaner Carved Ceiling Panel and a 19th Century Rajasthani Mirror. Both pieces are stunning and even more beautiful in person. Since they were large items requiring freight shipping, I really appreciated that they worked with the shipper to adjust the estimate and refunded me a little money back, which was very much appreciated. From purchase to delivery, everything was smooth and professional. Very happy with the entire experience!”

“Such friendly and helpful staff at both locations. Both Burbank and Pasadena were an absolute pleasure to shop at and the staff really knows their customers.
I love the fact that both locations had all employees, employees stocking, register empties to managers remember me and even surprised me by asking how the items I had bought worked out. To me, that's definitely impressive!
Both locations had a variety of items that just amazed me. Was able to pick up various items that will really transform the spaces for the new year! Excited and extremely happy with Burbank and Pasadena Home Goods and look so forward to going back to see the staff and their friendliness and help and what awesome items they bring in. Can't day enough about how nice they skyline were and just shopping through the aisles seeing all the possibilities!
Pasadena Home Goods is just amazing and live how they have other stores in the outdoor location for you to go visit but really just love staying at Home Goods! Theresa and her staff are simply wonderful and amazing at Pasadena! Olga and both Jose's were simply wonderful and amazing at Burbank too! The smiles, the laughs, their help and honesty when I asked them for their opionions at both locations about items i was thinking about really elevated my shopping experience and showed me how much they actually listen and care for you as a customer to enjoy and be happy rather than just making a sale...and that's what will have me go back! Can't say enough about them and all their staff! Simply a pleasure and amazing! ????”

They did a great job with refurbishing the wood, that was in a really rough shape, and completely redid all the insides. When I saw my basically new chair, I could not believe my eyes that it was my old chair! I get incredible joy from looking at my chair, and I want to sit in it any moment I get! “Very lovely furniture you can definitely tell its high quality and well made the pricing is moderate in compared to RH and Terra out door but higher than west elm and pottery barn. Its a very quiet store but service was lovely and the employees really know the products unlike the other stores previously mentioned. on top of it they have a no sales tax discount right now!”

“What a dream. I had a very uncomfortable couch bed and I didn't realize it until a very honest guest told me it was the worst night's sleep he never had so I knew I had to get a bed, but I didn't have much room because my guestroom is very small. I went to Wallbeds n More in Pasadena just down the street from my house. It was very expensive so I decided not to get it and I got another very uncomfortable bed. After a second complaint and my cat scratching the hell out of the couch bed, I decided it was time to invest in a nice bed. I saved my money, and I finally was able to get a chest bed. It looks like a nice chest, but it opens up into a beautiful memory foam queen size bed! Stephanie was amazing and helpful as was Norma. They put up with my two years of dillydallying and I'm so glad that I finally got it. My first guest said it was very comfortable. And it looks beautiful in my office/guestroom.”

“This is my second time working with Al and he is a an expert craftsman. I called in early December to have my 20 year old chair reupholstered. Nikki gave me a quick estimate for the job using my own fabric. The chair didn't originally have a skirt, but I requested that one be added and I am so thrilled with the results. Al is a professional who does exacting work. I had the chair delivered back to my house within 3 weeks. Pick up and delivery are included in the price. I highly recommend working with Pacific Design Upholstery. Al's work is impeccable and he knows his craft after 35 years in business. Price was absolutely fair for the craftsmanship. I was not in the mood and there was a line for returns/ exchanges and pick ups all together. Tony smiled and greeted us and changed my sour mood to a wonderful experience.
