“The two guys working here at close last night (Thursday) absolutely made my day! Came by on a whim all the way from Hollywood after a tough day, miraculously they had ONE Stitch blind box left! The person stocking the back shelf somehow remembered I’d been in weeks ago looking for them. Before I even said anything, he ran to the front desk and told them to get the Stitch for me! He even told me to get my membership bday gift, which I didn’t know about either. This might be the most thoughtful customer service retail experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!!!”
