“Such friendly and helpful staff at both locations. Both Burbank and Pasadena were an absolute pleasure to shop at and the staff really knows their customers.
I love the fact that both locations had all employees, employees stocking, register empties to managers remember me and even surprised me by asking how the items I had bought worked out. To me, that's definitely impressive!
Both locations had a variety of items that just amazed me. Was able to pick up various items that will really transform the spaces for the new year! Excited and extremely happy with Burbank and Pasadena Home Goods and look so forward to going back to see the staff and their friendliness and help and what awesome items they bring in. Can't day enough about how nice they skyline were and just shopping through the aisles seeing all the possibilities!
Pasadena Home Goods is just amazing and live how they have other stores in the outdoor location for you to go visit but really just love staying at Home Goods! Theresa and her staff are simply wonderful and amazing at Pasadena! Olga and both Jose's were simply wonderful and amazing at Burbank too! The smiles, the laughs, their help and honesty when I asked them for their opionions at both locations about items i was thinking about really elevated my shopping experience and showed me how much they actually listen and care for you as a customer to enjoy and be happy rather than just making a sale...and that's what will have me go back! Can't say enough about them and all their staff! Simply a pleasure and amazing! ????”

“The store is very large and comfortable. I purchased quite a few items and ended up with three large shopping bags. I really appreciate how carefully Michael packed everything, folding each item neatly and making sure everything was placed carefully, especially the items that could easily get wrinkled or damaged. Thank you, Michael, for taking the time to pack everything so thoughtfully!”

“This Target location doesn't have locked up detergent I'll tell you that 🤣 Its clean, organized, and they always have great deals at this specific location for some reason. It's a bit easier to navigate than the other Target in central pasadena since it's a single floor vs 2 floor. Parking is always abundant as well in this location and they have friendly employees there that always love to chat when checking out items. Positive experience overall 😁”
“Shelia was the sweetest! I stopped here to charge the car and unbeknownst to me, there’s a Nordstrom Rack right in front. Tried in a pair of jean shorts in the fitting room and was politely greeted by Ms. Shelia! Kudos to her and her friendly demeanor! I ended up buying two pairs of shoes, the pair is shirts & a candle. In a time where retail stores lack exceptional customer service, it’s great to know that this location strives to serve the customer with the utmost respect and a cheerful attitude.”
“This was the best Ross I have been to EVER. I go to Ross a lot in many different cities and states because it is my mom's and girlfriend's favorite store. They had a large amount of choices. They had several brands and items that I have never seen at any other Ross. When I'm in this city again I will definitely go back.”
“Went in today and was greeted immediately upon entering. The team here was so nice and really went out of their way to help me select the perfect stocking staffers. I don't know if anyone reads this, but the lovely African American woman is so charming and friendly. I was also helped by a guy named Anthony. I believe he said he was the assistant manager. He is the nicest and even went to the back to check on a item for me that wasn't on the floor and found it! He saved Christmas!! They both are amazing and deserve all the best. Corporate, if you're listening, give them both raises!!”

You'll find everything you need from women's clothing, women's shoes , women's sandals , Beautiful dresses, accessories,casual pants and blouses to sweat pants, sweaters lingerie, kids clothing, kids shoes. They carry Pro club Tshirts and Pro Club Sweat shirts and hoddies. Saves you a trip to the mall.”
“Cool store, bigger variant of the Targets that have a second floor. Only complain I have is that when we were buying Pokemon cards, the lady at the desk said she was limiting us to two per household, but I'm pretty sure it was 2 per person.”

“Hello! I was there today my man and I went in and was greeted by lousina she was GREAT she knew exactly what she was talking about recommending us all of the right things got perfumes, cologne and make up aswell as skin care products I’m very exited to try out, how ever much yall are paying her it is not enough my god she’s great! Will be returning and hopefully she will be there again to help us with the next purchase cause there’s still so much I wanna buy lousina I hope you have a great day and she is amaze!!!!
