Professional, kind staff who went above and beyond. Hopefully we won't need urgent care again soon, but if we do, we'll be back!!”
“Both my sons have seen Dr McCormick since birth and she has provided excellent care. She has wonderful bedside manner during checkups and has been super open and honest with me and my husband about parenting and doing the best we can in raising them and that has been so encouraging as new parents. She herself is a parent of 2 children and so she has the experience as a mother to back up her medical advice. Highly recommend this practice!”

“My experience at Optum as a new patient with Dr. Avakian: Everyone was really nice, professional, and the whole process was very quick... the quickest appt ever (yay I work so I like fast). No sitting in the lobby and doctor's office forever, what a switch. Dr. Avakian is a good listener, good eye contact, very attentive, covered everything and more, I really liked her. Dr. Avakian makes you feel very comfortable. She's not snobby, smiles, and has a good manner about her. She was open to questions, and I liked the fact that when I talked she didn't ignore me. She was engaged with my health concerns/questions and brought to my attention services that I had forgotten about so covered it all.
