Perhaps I had this preconceived notion that any smaller mattress businesses might scam me into buying a cheap quality mattress for a really high markup price. Lo and behold, I was proven wrong. Daniel was extremely easy to work with, really knowledgeable even beyond just mattresses. “Just your usual Cost Plus World Market, but without NYSelzter which is a real shame. I remain hopeful for the return of that exquisitly effervescent elixir. Fortunately there is a rare Kuromi kraft or tchotchke such as a PEZ flip-top and refills. Nostalgia bliss. It's no wonder I've a reading chair and cabinet from this place, good quality stuffs with a pleasant and chill bohemian vibe. There is a restroom which requires a code, available from any associate. The parking at this location can sometimes overflow to another lot across the street. Do join their loyalty program with phone and email, sometimes there are specials and discounts plus they've a point rewards system. Ymmv”

“My friends recommended me this company, because I needed to completely renovate my old chair. I went to this company, and I am happy that I did so! They did a great job with refurbishing the wood, that was in a really rough shape, and completely redid all the insides. When I saw my basically new chair, I could not believe my eyes that it was my old chair! I get incredible joy from looking at my chair, and I want to sit in it any moment I get! Absolutely great customer service, amazingly professional work! Don’t waste your time looking for a company, go to Lanzetti Upholstery, and you will be the happiest you can be!”
“If you have some family pieces that have seen better days or even a chair that you just love, think about having them reupholstered. I had purchased a sofa from Ethan Allen a while back and wanted to choose fabrics that would compliment it. Asli, the designer, was so knowledge, amiable and patient with me! I ended up having 3 chairs done, 1 wing and 2 barrel. The upholsterer did an outstanding job. They turned out gorgeous and I am so happy. It did take a while to get them back, but it was worth the wait!”

The sales representative spent a lot of time helping us pick chairs that coordinated with the look of the table and were comfortable for both of us (one short and one tall). Delivery and set up went well. On time and all packaging discarded. Highly recommended!”

“What a dream. I had a very uncomfortable couch bed and I didn't realize it until a very honest guest told me it was the worst night's sleep he never had so I knew I had to get a bed, but I didn't have much room because my guestroom is very small. I went to Wallbeds n More in Pasadena just down the street from my house. It was very expensive so I decided not to get it and I got another very uncomfortable bed. After a second complaint and my cat scratching the hell out of the couch bed, I decided it was time to invest in a nice bed. I saved my money, and I finally was able to get a chest bed. It looks like a nice chest, but it opens up into a beautiful memory foam queen size bed! Stephanie was amazing and helpful as was Norma. They put up with my two years of dillydallying and I'm so glad that I finally got it. My first guest said it was very comfortable. And it looks beautiful in my office/guestroom.”

Given the area we were in, i'm pretty sure a lot of people can afford it.
But the 5 ⭐ review was for our shopping experience and saleswoman who was extremely nice. ?? She was very informative, approachable and answered all questions we had and even added information about other items they had in the store.
She did her best to give us the best deal within our budget, but that was more than we were willing to spend.
I highly recommend this store because of the shopping experience and customer service that you would receive.
It's top notch. But unless you are coming in there with a serious bankroll ????, I would just look someplace else.”
