I went at 8:30 AM on a Monday for routine blood work and was seen within 20 minutes (despite the check in kiosk saying the wait was 2 hours).

I went as a walk in, plenty of people already waiting. I was told 2 hour wait approximately, I went home and in less than an hour got a text message to report to the facility and they had already called my name, but had to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes

I've been coming here for years waiting room is always clean. Employees seem a bit stressed cuz staff is not large enough to handle volume of patients but their always helpful and willing to help.
