No appointments available for over 3 weeks. Arrived 15 min before opening on a Saturday to try for a walk-in and the line was already at least 30 people long. I have never seen a situation like this at a lab before. Would recommend looking for a different facility.

I got there at 6:30 had to wait an hr to check in at 7:30 for a 9:45 appointment. I came back at 9:45 and it still took until 10:50 to get in. I saw one guy crash out while I was there but I get the feeling it happens often/daily.

They're *always* running late. You might think that having an appointment first thing in the morning would avoid crazy delays, but, it won't. This is a cllassic example of a business with a captive audience that has no choice but to use their services. Plus, you get charged for parking...while you wait.
