They can offer a variety of flavors that can mask even the most bitter medicine. Tuna is our cat's favorite! Today, for example, Rachel was able to get the prescription from the vet and complete the finished compound within hours. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the personal touch they have when customizing our order. We're devoted fans of Arcade Lane!”

“Bought a casino game here for $55 for a Christmas present for my son. When he opened it Christmas morning, the roulette wheel was broken. I just returned it today to be told they can't swap or refund because the box was opened????? WTF??? How are we supposed to know it's broken until we open it. Would not recommend buying anything from here. A very rude and uncooperative manager. Maybe they should sell X ray glasses so we can see into the box before opening it. Unbelievable Update . The owner of the store was great and helpful and immediately exchanged the item without a problem. A shame we had to go through so many hoops. but thankfully it got resolved. No apology from the manager just a surly attitude. The store is good and has some great products ( when they aren't broken). The owner may want a word with the manager on how to interact with customers in future.”

“Vons pharmacy 2355 East Colorado Boulevard is a full service pharmacy. A perfect location to have your prescriptions filled and immunizations satisfied, while picking up your groceries. I was a new customer and it was easy to fill out the appropriate paperwork and become a loyal customer. I decided to have both the regular flu shot as well as the new COVID shot at the same time. I was happy that they had the new Maderna extra special that just became available. I waited 15 to 20 minutes before my name was called. The technician administered both shots and I was out of the private examination room within 5 minutes. Quick and easy! Lin The technician answered all my questions about the pharmacy's services and gave me my immunization paperwork as I left.
It's nice to have a dependable place for both information and product, relating to my health needs.
Convenience, expertise, and a friendly staff made it a pleasurable visit!”

I had the pleasure of asking Nina for help and she went above and beyond my expectation in answering all my questions, showing me where I could find the products I needed and gave me assistance to my car. She was very friendly, courteous and she made it very easy for me to make decisions quickly when I was on the fence about my purchases. In the short amount of time spent at the store, she was able to make me feel like I can trust her and rely on her perspectives. She genuinely wants to help you and make you feel good about your purchases and doesn't make you feel bad if you had to ask her to check on something. I was extremely sick so to have him help me get clarification from my doctor for the insurance approval in order to get my medication quickly meant the absolute world. I am very grateful for his help. Generally I have had a positive experience with CVS pharmacy and find the staff to be kind and really make an effort to keep things running smoothly. The only time it doesn't is usually the fault of the insurance company or CVS operating systems which the employees cannot be held responsible for.”
