“I’ve been a real estate agent for years, and we use a LOT of flyers, especially for our open houses. For years, I used Staples, but I started noticing that the quality, turnaround time, and customer service just weren’t where I needed them to be. We had previously used Sky Blue Printing for some plans for our ADU project, so I decided to ask if they could help us with our open house flyers. I’m so glad I did! The quality was 100 times better, and their service has been amazing. They close at 5 PM, and there have been times when I couldn’t make it there before closing. They were even kind enough to leave my order outside for me, and on some occasions, they didn’t even charge me for the extra accommodation. That alone says a lot about the kind of people they are. But today, their kindness truly went above and beyond and is what inspired me to finally write this review. My cat has been missing for over a week, and I’ve reached the point where I need to start putting up flyers throughout my community. I reached out to Sky Blue and asked them to print 50 full-color flyers. When I arrived, not only did the flyers look amazing, but they had also made me two large posters that I could use to help with the search. I shared my story with them, and to my surprise, they didn’t charge me for the flyers or posters. Their empathy and generosity honestly meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. There really are good people out there, and Sky Blue Printing is proof of that. They deserve all the business not only because of the incredible quality of their work, but because of the way they treat their customers and the genuine kindness they show to people when they need it most. “These guys are totally exceptional. I lost my house and all my clothes in the Eaton fire. I am over most of everything but there are a few things I am really missing - particularly this one coat. I looked for close to a year and finally found it in China; got it sent by FedEx; unfortunately the coat got sent to my burned out house by mistake. I thought the coat was gone forever. But the owner worked really hard, tracked down the local drivers, and by hard work and compassion, found it. I am so grateful to the owners. They are amazing. They went way beyond what most anyone would do. I can’t say enough how much beyond the call of duty they went. I hugely recommend this business and its owners. They worked a miracle.”

“I've been to this UPS Store several times, mostly to process certain Amazon.com returns. They're usually well-staffed and fast. A line rarely forms. Best time to go is during regular business hours (I try to go during my lunch break). The staff is knowledgeable and will get you in and out with no issues. The parking lot is cramped and super awkward so if you can't find parking, parking on Locust St. (this store is in the shopping plaza that's on Lake Av. and Locust St.) and then walking over a bit is usually the move. 10/10 except for the subpar parking situation.”
