“These guys are totally exceptional. I lost my house and all my clothes in the Eaton fire. I am over most of everything but there are a few things I am really missing - particularly this one coat. I looked for close to a year and finally found it in China; got it sent by FedEx; unfortunately the coat got sent to my burned out house by mistake. I thought the coat was gone forever. But the owner worked really hard, tracked down the local drivers, and by hard work and compassion, found it.

“This shop is spectacular! Seriously amazing customer service, skills, and products! Their prices are unmatched. I've called several print companies, (including ones online and across the nation), to have intricate gold-foiled certificates combined with professional colored printing that could be fed through laser printers AND have the gold embossed on specific-sized paper. (Think LA County or high-level intricately designed and printed certificates).
Everyone quoted really high, and half couldn't tell me whether it would be safe to feed through a laser printer to print custom messages on these certificate templates. They also all told me I should print a minimum of 250+ just to get my money's worth due to the needs of the project. And I understand why, just to get more out of the need for gold foiling and embossing, but we would not be needing so many copies.
This shop is reasonable and their quality is amazing. I am someone who wants everything to be perfect or near perfect, and they've lessened my anxiety with their communication and working through the process with me. They showed me the product through the process and the craftsmanship I've witnessed really put me at ease. I was extremely excited to see it at the end!

“I've had positive interactions the past couple of times I've been to this Fedex, mainly to mail equipment. Getting the QR code online makes it very easy and same with printing and picking up. The quality of printing has always been pretty good for the most part as long as I stay in the margins. Fedex pricing is a little high compared to other mail carriers but they will package everything for you which is a great plus.”
