“We had a great experience with Box & Ship from Pasadena, they have an outstanding service and the communication was great during the whole process. They helped us packing and shipping 5 paintings and made a custom crate for us, and everything arrived safely even though the crate suffer some small damage during transit. “Missed a UPS delivery attempt on a Friday afternoon (despite someone being home when they tried ?) and immediately came to pick up here, where I learned that the package would be sent back to the warehouse and delivered here the next business day, Monday.
Problem is, my package contained a couple hundred dollars’ worth of perishable medication and wouldn’t last the weekend without refrigeration. Linda was very kind and pulled some strings to help me arrange another delivery attempt for later this evening.

“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”

“PROS: very nice staff, beautiful location, usually not busy if you time it correctly
CONS: parking is annoying, if you go at the wrong time it CAN get super slow because there's only like 2 windows
But I don't know, to me the pros outweigh the cons, especially with how notorious USPS is with having rude customer service. This location is kinda serene and has nice workers usually haha.”

They came up with several workarounds and one finally worked! They were readily available to show me how to print and laminate. Suggestions for better quality card stock much appreciated! “I go to this location in Pasadena only because I like seeing Junior and I trust him with my transactions. Trust is the most important aspect for a customer and he has earned my trust as a representative of the USPS. Trust can be of short supply these days and he continues to earn it. All these years I've never lost a package and I ship a lot. Also, he knows other customers by name and everyone in line is happy to see him! Not all customers are right in the head though. I've seen self entitled customers become completely belligerent because they didn't get what they demanded even though it wasn't even sensible. I've seen him help direct these crazy customers nicely even when they are being completely disrespectful to him. Junior is awesome and he deserves a raise! I will be a loyal customer with the USPS because of him.”

“I've had positive interactions the past couple of times I've been to this Fedex, mainly to mail equipment. Getting the QR code online makes it very easy and same with printing and picking up. The quality of printing has always been pretty good for the most part as long as I stay in the margins. Fedex pricing is a little high compared to other mail carriers but they will package everything for you which is a great plus.”
