“I frequently stop in to this UPS store to ship items and utilize HappyReturns. The staff here is amazing - always very patient, helpful, and friendly. I specifically want to shout out Victor for helping me box up a cart I needed to return - I purchased the box, but he literally took care of everything else, including taping it up and placing the label on it. I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to assist me!”
“Good customer service and a wide selection of sizes. The only reason for one less star than five is that the prices are quite high. $8 for a cardboard box. Shipping quotes are also inflated. Their USPS quote was 50% marked up compared to just shipping directly with USPS.”

“I’m giving this FedEx store a five-star review because of the help I received from Michael today.
Earlier, I went to another FedEx to take a passport photo. I thought it would be a standard process, so I asked for multiple copies without checking them first. But the printed photos had rounded corners, which didn’t meet the square, sharp-cornered format I needed.
I asked the staff if they could reprint them, but they said rounded corners were their standard and no one had problem with it before. Since the photos were already printed, I paid and left.
These photos are really important to me, and I was afraid they might cause delays to my application if they didn’t meet the requirements. Even though I had other appointments later and retaking them would be costly, I still decided to try another FedEx. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made this year.
I’m so grateful to Michael. After seeing my photos and receipt, he immediately understood the issue and helped me retake and crop them quickly and professionally. He was so kind, efficient, and so friendly. I got perfect photos and made it to my next appointment on time.
To him, it may have just been part of his job, and he probably didn’t realize how much it meant to me, but his help truly saved me. I can’t thank him enough.”
“Linda at Post & Package is knowledgeable, dependable, kind, and very detail-oriented. She flawlessly ships time-sensitive, important documents all over the world, and does great with any mailing and shipping needs. Her store is at 995 E. Green St., close to the sadly understaffed Catalina Post Office Branch. No need to wait in line there. Linda provides everything from stamps and many shipping choices to wrapping and mail-box rental. I have been a customer at Post & Package for years. Linda knows her stuff and truly cares. You can trust her to take excellent care of you.”
“Tom packed a lithograph with double boxes, boards, foam, and special tape on the plexiglass so that it arrived perfectly. I have only seen this detail in shipping framed prints with international, speciality shippers that charge a lot more. I'd say Post Pack & Ship is a great value if you care about your items arriving in great condition.”

“I have been to 4 post office locations in the city of Pasadena CA. This one by far has the most friendliest and helpful staff out of all the locations I have been to! Seriously, I have received attitude and even hostility at 2 of the 3 other post office locations that I have done business at. If you need to do any business with the USPS in the city of Pasadena CA, this is the location you want to go to!”
“Jasmin in the print department was extremely helpful and dedicated in helping me print the best image for my event. I came around closing hours but she was still very pleasant and helpful. There was a long line and she handled everyone with a great attitude. Very great multitasker (she was the only one in print).
Nizar who was on the main floor was efficient and knowledgeable about the location of items, allowing me to breeze through the store without any issues.

“This post office has been a surprising source of calm for me since early this year. Some days I stop by just to drop off mail or packages, and other days I simply pass through, but every time, it’s consistent: clean, quiet, and efficient.
The attendant in the mornings always greets me with a smile, and I genuinely get the sense he remembers me (or maybe it’s my little dog Mimi he recognizes). Either way, the friendliness makes a difference. He even shared that Mondays are their busiest days, which explains why my morning visits always feel so easy and unrushed.
The building itself is beautiful, full of Old Pasadena charm. The high ceilings, intricate windows, and natural light make it one of those rare post offices where you don’t mind waiting. Even the mailboxes have a vintage look that adds to the character.
There’s also a window for prepaid USPS packages, which makes drop-offs simple and quick. I’ve never had a hassle here, and I always leave impressed with how fast the experience is.
If you appreciate efficiency and historic beauty, this is hands down one of the best post offices around.”

“I've had positive interactions the past couple of times I've been to this Fedex, mainly to mail equipment. Getting the QR code online makes it very easy and same with printing and picking up. The quality of printing has always been pretty good for the most part as long as I stay in the margins. Fedex pricing is a little high compared to other mail carriers but they will package everything for you which is a great plus.”

“I go to this location in Pasadena only because I like seeing Junior and I trust him with my transactions. Trust is the most important aspect for a customer and he has earned my trust as a representative of the USPS. Trust can be of short supply these days and he continues to earn it. All these years I've never lost a package and I ship a lot. Also, he knows other customers by name and everyone in line is happy to see him! Not all customers are right in the head though. I've seen self entitled customers become completely belligerent because they didn't get what they demanded even though it wasn't even sensible. I've seen him help direct these crazy customers nicely even when they are being completely disrespectful to him. Junior is awesome and he deserves a raise! I will be a loyal customer with the USPS because of him.”
