The United States Postal Service location at 1355 N Mentor Ave is a busy post office serving over 157 million addresses across the U.S., territories, and military bases. It handles a large portion of the world's mail with over 30,000 retail locations nationwide. Customers appreciate the reliable and affordable delivery service, which processes a significant amount of mail daily. However, the facility itself is quite old and lacks proper air conditioning, making the environment uncomfortable, especially for staff. Despite this, the staff's professionalism and customer service vary. Many reviews highlight Junior, a dedicated and helpful employee who consistently provides excellent service, assisting customers quickly and with kindness. Customers have expressed gratitude for Junior’s efforts, noting that his positive attitude greatly improves their experience. Some mention long lines and limited staff, which can cause delays, but Junior's presence helps mitigate these issues. Overall, the post office is appreciated for its reliable mail delivery and the hardworking staff, especially Junior, who stands out as a key asset. Improvements in working conditions and staffing could enhance the overall customer experience, but the commitment to service remains evident through the staff’s dedication.

the place smells weird here and I feel bad for the one worker working here (his name is Junior and he’s fantastic!). There’s 3 computer terminals so I’m not sure why the line is so long. I hope they hire more people.

5 stars for Junior and 0 for USPS management!
Junior is so hardworking! The post office is very old and had no A/C running. USPS Please fix conditions for him, he's such a professional and is always so helpful, I hate to see him always work in the setting like that.
