“The Vets here is amazing. I think they might be stretched thin though. The supportive staff didn't explain how to apply the topical medicine very well and they seemed a little disorganized. It feels like the process needs an office manager to coordinate support staff. Prices alway felt high, but this is my first vet experience, so take that with a grain of salt.”

“In regards to a review about unfair vet prices and preying on pet owners. Veterinary care in general is expensive. My sons dogs ear infection cost him 750 dollars…an ear infection. This is a dog too keep that in mind not an exotic…of course exotic care will cost more their exotics. If you want to talk about preying on the owners… my experience with that cost me 8 months of vet visits and 2 surgeries costing over 3500 dollars only for this so called “rabbit vet” to tell me he doesn’t know what’s wrong. When just 1 visit with Dr. Silpa ( who is an amazing exotics vet) took one look into my little bunnies mouth and quickly diagnosed him with advanced dental disease. If I had taken my bunny there from the beginning over all I would have SAVED money. So it REALLY does matter to find a good QUALITY vet who knows what they’re doing to take care of your special friends.

Fast forward 4 months my bunny has been a happy hoppy bunny and no more roller coaster rides for him thanks to Dr Silpa!”

“I have had two vet visits at Banfield. Both times I saw Dr Chen, who was awesome. She took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. There was also a vet tech at the first visit whose name I believe was Brian. He was also awesome and took the time to talk to us and explain everything. The receptionist working at the first visit was wonderful, but the receptionist working there at the second visit was rude. Other than that, I highly recommend them.”

“Had to bring my dog here. Dr. Konrade was so informative, explained in good detail what was wrong with my dogs eyes. Very nice, very gentle. The technician assisting (I don't remember her name) was so good at what she did to keep my dog calm. Very nice office, very clean, modern. Check in at reception was good. They have the entry and exit separate, which I thought was unique. Pricey, but if you can afford it, definitely recommend.”

“I took my kitten to Vetco and overall had a good experience. The wait was longer than expected but the staff was patient, kind, and gentle with him which really put me at ease as a pet parent. Once we were seen, the visit went smoothly. They explained everything clearly and handled him with care. Definitely coming back and would recommend Vetco to anyone with pets.”

We've been bringing my doberman here since she was a puppy- she's 10 now. All of our experiences with Rose City have been comforting, informative, safe, and trusted. We've done check-ups, tests, and even surgeries- and my dog has always been in such good hands. Recently their thorough checking prevented our dog from going under a dangerous surgery, which could have ended her life. We're so thankful. We live an hour and a half away and still prioritize this hospital over ones in our area!”

“Ms Howes is the most loving and caring vet I have ever interacted with. I have owned cats on and off my whole life (mom was an animal lover, I got my own pet immediately after moving out)…..and across all the states I’ve lived in, and all the vets (emergency and non) that I’ve had to visit, I’ll say that this woman stands out. She was so careful with handling my kitty, she didn’t stress him out, she explained things clearly to me, and made sure to keep the treatment on the thorough but economical side. I didn’t feel any upselling pressure, and because of that, I will definitely be booking an appointment for my other adopted kitty. This will be their regular vet now.
Office is clean. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. Barely any wait time. Treatment rooms are sparkling clean and look well stocked. Even the air vents look like they’ve been wiped clean. (Don’t even see that at UCLA hospitals!) No weird smells. Easy to park, not far from freeway exit.
Highly recommend. Ten stars!”

“I have loved our experience with this veterinary office. Dr. Allsup is so thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or like we are inconveniencing her by asking questions. She has never pushed a treatment plan that is unnecessary, making it clear when she thinks it’s something we cannot wait for or don’t need right now. You sometimes have a wait a sec to get into the exam room, but that’s not uncommon for a vet. I always feel like all of the staff truly care about the animals. Overall, I’d pay a bit more to continue coming here over any other office.”

“As I am reading a bunch of these reviews I see people are very ignorant not knowing everyone is human. Things get lost even in the most prestigious locations. Anyways just have to rant about that really quick. I had a great experience..I made my appointment through the Petco app and the questions and prompts were awesome no delay very quick and easy to use. I made my appointment for 8:30am thinking everybody would be groggy but no I showed up ON TIME, a lot of people get mad when people are upset when they are late. How about you show up on time and see their mood then. Anyways I was welcomed with a smile and they asked if I was the 8:30 appointment I said yes and my cat's name. They sat me down for 2 minutes and took me to the room. Sat there while a assistant got information about my cat and we weighed her and all that fun stuff. The Doc came in about 5 minutes later and asked me what was wrong and I mentioned all the details. I was told a list of issues/problems. As well as solutions clinically or at home. As well given option to what to do text, exam wise. They don't charge you whatever they ask what yo want to do for your pet and tell you the cost. Anyways I went home with an exam for my cat and medication and she recovered after the medication and I had a very pleasant visit at this vet. Thanks for reading my long review of this vet. Thanks!”

“I've been coming here for years, and so has my mom, and love the place. Dr. Mo is awesome. My cat has severe food allergies, and was suffering from skin issues and cystitis. Working with DR. Mo, he found a diet she is now doing well on.”
