Ralphs Fresh Fare is an excellent store that has everything. It is bigger than regular Ralph's stores, so the aisles don't get congested. The staff is nice, full of cheer, steadfast, welcoming, and efficient. They deserve a raise. However, lines are always big because the store uses many self-checkouts instead of hiring extra cashiers. Some wish they would greatly reduce the self-checkout and add more checker employees. Some staff members have spotty customer service skills. It gets busy, so a good time to come is around 9 or 10pm. There are two entrances on opposite sides of the plaza, which can be confusing for ride pickups.
excellent store in terms of having everything but lines always big because this multibillion company cheaping out by not hiring extra cashiers. Instead trying save money by useless self checkouts. Been here few times mostly same big lines

Huge thank you to Tom and the crew late evenings after our LA Fitness sessions. Staff members names including the several ladies who are up to date on their OJ Simpson Lore, continues to elude my consciousness are always full of cheer, steadfast, welcoming and efficient at their trade. Needs lower prices and more checkers, wish they'd greatly reduce the self checkout and add more checker employees. Nice staff at this store, they deserve a raise!
