“Very nice lady on the phone was able to answer my questions after i was on hold for almost an hour for customer service. My friend suggested i call a branch directly instead. After multiple attempts at my local branch in newman with no response i called here in Patterson, and got an immediate response that was very helpful. Thank you.”

Wow! I must change my rating to 5 Stars. Visited the branch in Patterson today (first time since writing this review and having a phone conversation after my original 3 Star posting).
What a change!!!!! Finally back to the 'small town' friendly and welcoming reception. Friendly and genuine chit-chat.
Thank you for bringing back an atmosphere that is so needed in our still small town environment.

Love the community bank! But what happened to the friendly tellers. For the past 5 years the tellers personalities are terrible, not at all small town that we in Patterson at a Local small town bank expect. Yes, expect if not demand. If I wanted unfriendly, no chatty conversation, etc. I would to across the street to US Bank. Yes, this is a rant. I was just there and yet again a new teller with the same no smile, to conversation, just business! What happened?
And the other reviews about friendly... not sure what teller they get.”

“Love Tricounties. Friendly helpful service. We had a difficult trust situation and they are so wonderful we decided to open a new account and will also invest in CDs with them.
Always patient abd helpful even though our situation was difficult and I had given them I correct information which made it more confusing abd difficult. All was straightened out and on track woth trust and banking accounts. They treat people like family.

Previously we were not customers there but we definitely are now.

Sandra truly went above and beyond to assist us. Leticia, her manager, was asked to help and then she worked on it with Sandra and would not give up til they had set everything up for us.

“I have never used a bank before opening an account with this wells fargo. I believed my money was safest under my mattress but boy was i dead wrong! I lost my life savings when my younger daughter decided to steal it all and run away with a man in his late 70s. Now with the help of this friendly staff, my new life savings of $37.25 is now safe and i can rest easy knowing the staff will take care of my money with great pride. Thank you Wells Fargo”
