“They used to be the go-to when it came to gas & snack prices. It seems like the last few months, their prices are no different than any of the stations near them. If anything, a gas station right down the road is 55 cents cheaper a gallon & they never really have any discounts or specials going on with any of their merchandise anymore. Also, if you arent using a credit card, or dont have over $100 in your debit account- dont stop here after hours. The gas pump wont let you get gas & just tells you to see the cashier when theyre closed. So if you dont have gas, youll be stranded. Regardless, the staff there is always friendly & gets to know their regulars. They're always stocked up on all of their products, and will have a lot of flavors & items you don't see regularly in normal gas stations. Camels, hint hint. Lol. Even though their gas prices aren't worth it, I'll stop there for most of my snacking needs since they're so friendly and convenient. 8/10. Just wish they had a public restroom without the friendly staff, this plave would earn 3 stars.”

“We enjoyed stopping by La Jolla Indian Trading post on our way to Lake Henshaw. LJITP feels like 7-Eleven, only rustic themed with very nice and friendly staff. I would love to see local memorabilias the next time we visit.”

“Usually I stop at Daniel's for a restroom break and to pick up snacks, but I wasn't the driver on this desert trip so we came here. Actually, we made two stops... one on the way, and one while we headed home. Both trips, the women's restroom was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. On the way there, I picked up snacks and energy drinks and they were pricey... but they carry an orange-juice beef jerky that reminded me of the Chinese fruit jerkies I grew up with.Gas was expensive (though not by SD and Riverside County prices) compared to the station at the foothill of Valley View Casino... I thought it would be on par with that place before arriving. On the way home, we shared a Boar's Head sandwich combo. The bread was fresh even at night, and the sandwich full of meat. There was plenty of space for us to park away from the action at the gas station. Overall, a worthy stop for desert trips.Pros:- clean, well-lit, no homeless - friendly- unique beef jerky selections (Jeff's Orange a Peel!)- sandwich combo dealCons:- gas a bit pricey by reservation standards but par for the course in So Cal”

“Last chance to get gas if you are headed to Palomar Mountain observatory or Pala Casino or surrounding vicinity . Prices are reasonable compared to the surrounding stations. Busy is the main downside, lol, but you will know why when you see the prices .”

“Place is extremely convenient being placed within a short walking distance from Harrah's. The employees here were helpful and had a very positive attitude. Can honestly nothing negative. They made me a whole pizza in less than 4 minutes and everything is moderately priced.”

“Accessibility: everything is flat ground and the doors going from outside at the pumps to inside are motion-activated.Experience: the store inside is WELL stocked with snacks and drinks but the gasoline is too expensive. The building is pretty and the woman working inside with pink hair is really nice. All the employees I have ever met here are super nice and professional.”

“The staff there is friendly , they have a lot of empty shelves and the prices for most things is high but in a town with very few places to buy things it is nice to have it there when in a pinch and not wanting to make the long drive to a larger town”
