Took about 15 minutes to get one piece of paper notarized.Facility requires masks, social distancing, and diligently wipes down desk space between customers. Desk shields and barriers at counters. Hand sanitizer stations at entrance.”

The accounts manager Sean was patient and informative and I was done within 15 minutes. Very professional. As far as these other bad revues I'm reading seem to target the policies of Chase Bank i.e. The people that work in this branch don't set the policies of Chase.”

“After a very frustrating morning being sent on a wild goose chase by UPS employees at the two locations in town, I called and asked if they offered notary services and cpuld help. They said they could and scheduled an appt for me to come in. Alvaro was amazing and helpful - thanks to him we got what we needed done and he was a true professional offering great customer service. “I see a lot of negative reviews for Chase bank, I've been with them for 26 years never a problem, my sole minor complaint is lack of tellers, of course this is a direct result of today's electronic banking. I very rarely go into a branch unless I need a larger sum of money than is allowed through the ATM, all my other banking is done through my smartphone. Thumbs up to Chase bank.”
