“I've always been impressed with RCU (their fraud department is quick to recognize a potential bad charge and they take the experience of getting your credit card number stolen down from pure panic to a mild annoyance because of how easy they make the process of disputing the charge and getting you a new card).
I'm here though writing this review for this particular branch--I went in on Saturday morning to deposit some rolled coins, and Kenneth assisted me. While I was there, he mentioned an account I could open that would earn more than the sitting money was currently accruing, and once I agreed that sounded great, he set it all up for me. It was free to do. He really went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate his advice and help. Thank you again for the amazing service!”

As far as these other bad revues I'm reading seem to target the policies of Chase Bank i.e. The people that work in this branch don't set the policies of Chase.”
“Exceptionally nice employees at this Kenilworth location in Petaluma. I was even offered water during a heat wave. I suggest businesses put a couple of benches where we stand in line for us disabled and elderly that are still trying to get around. Benches are needed and it would show the Corporate Leaders care for their elderly and disabled customers.”
“I've been banking with Exchange for thirty years. Whatever branch they have never failed to give me great service. The staff is universally friendly and conscientious. The newer location near G&G is very convenient for us. Now that the downtown Cotati branch has moved near Oliver's we'll be doing more of our banking at the G&G location. We have two business, one household, and one savings account with Exchange.”

“After a very frustrating morning being sent on a wild goose chase by UPS employees at the two locations in town, I called and asked if they offered notary services and cpuld help. They said they could and scheduled an appt for me to come in. Alvaro was amazing and helpful - thanks to him we got what we needed done and he was a true professional offering great customer service. “I recently required assistance with transactions in my account. First I called the corporate customer service number and they had to escalate my issue to a higher level representative. Due to the nature of the issue, they recommended I go to my local branch and speak to a banker, which I did on Nov 2, 2023 at the Petaluma branch on Western Ave. Alvaro Pulido assisted me with my account. I would say it was a very good experience. Alvaro listened carefully to my questions and concerns, examined my account and the transactions in question, and effectively clarified everything for me. I left with a good understanding of my account and I felt happy with the experience. You can tell when someone really wants to help you and Alvaro really does. I recommend him to anyone that wants to speak to a professional banker that also cares.”
