“So many things I love about this store. I’m a mid size girly, usually an XL and I’m ALWAYS able to find cute things in my size. (If you’re larger than a 2x you might not find anything though). The employees are super sweet, prices are reasonable and they also sometimes have dead stock, which I love. Great experience every single time I go in.”

I usually say no to those things because they can be confusing, but he was actually really helpful and took the time to explain how the rewards work and how to manage the sign-up process.
He was super patient and made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a cashier who is that knowledgeable and friendly while keeping the line moving. Great customer service!”

“Gap Factory is a large, well-organized outlet store with a good selection of clothing and frequent sales. During my recent visit, I found two shirts, one short-sleeved and one long-sleeved—both marked 50% off the already discounted outlet price.
The store also had a nice selection of jeans and other basics. Staff were friendly and helpful in locating the correct size when needed. Overall, it's a reliable stop at Petaluma Village Premium Outlets if you're looking for quality clothing at discounted prices.”

She not only guided us in the direction of sales, she's an incredible personal stylist. She builds your confidence while trying on new shapes and sizes. “I was looking for a special occasion dress and ended up stopping here, and I found an exactly what I was looking for. Claudia is very sweet and she was so accommodating! I was having issues with deciding on a size and she ordered another size and kept the original one I tried on just in case so I could compare. She also let me come back and swap when I realized I wanted the other size instead. Make sure to come here if you need a nice dress! She has a large stock to choose from! Thank you so much Claudia!!”
