“So many things I love about this store. I’m a mid size girly, usually an XL and I’m ALWAYS able to find cute things in my size. (If you’re larger than a 2x you might not find anything though). The employees are super sweet, prices are reasonable and they also sometimes have dead stock, which I love. Great experience every single time I go in.”
“This visit was absolutely wonderful. I was helped by Darcie and CJ. They were absolutely polite, encouraging, and efficient. My son was in need of new race shoes for BMX, he saw checkered ones and fell in love. He was hoping for a red/white checker with Velcro (hint hint, Vans?) which unfortunately they did not have. They checked online for us and even called a nearby store. It's simply not made right now.. (Re-reference that hint, Vans..!) My son settled on blue/white checkered. When checking out they made sure to inform us we could get another at 50% off with the promotion going on. Scored my son a green/checkered colored as well! Racing is NOT cheap. Crashes and regular wear and tear really put work on any shoes, thankfully Vans hold up wonderfully; and having a second pair ready to go is much needed. So appreciative I was made aware of this promotion going on! (They first told me to treat myself to a discounted shoe .. because let's be real, Mom's often put themselves last and we deserve nice things too! But the excitement my son had over finding checkered shoes, I couldn't pass up seeing him even more excited to have two options!) These wonderful humans made our shopping experience such a great one. Oh, and let's not forget to mention we were in there 20 minutes to closing, by the time I was checking out it was 10 mins to closing and they STILL made sure we knew about that promotion,; and didn't appear bothered at all when I asked them to check the back for more of those checkered shoes! I never really do reviews... But these two deserved a major shout-out!”

Also gives student discounts 10%, nice stuff at reasonable rates. Highly recommend. I think her name was katie she was super sweet and helpful and helped me get the things i needed within my budget.”

“Friendly register staff but not many associates throughout the store if u need help or have questions. There were ZERO associates anywhere near the shoe dept and shoes were scattered in different places, making it hard 2 find styles/sizes. Store is a lot smaller than other Kohls.”
“Gap Factory is a large, well-organized outlet store with a good selection of clothing and frequent sales. During my recent visit, I found two shirts, one short-sleeved and one long-sleeved—both marked 50% off the already discounted outlet price.
The store also had a nice selection of jeans and other basics. Staff were friendly and helpful in locating the correct size when needed. Overall, it's a reliable stop at Petaluma Village Premium Outlets if you're looking for quality clothing at discounted prices.”
“I had a great experience at this location today. I was checking out and Gabriel helped me with the credit card application. I usually say no to those things because they can be confusing, but he was actually really helpful and took the time to explain how the rewards work and how to manage the sign-up process.
He was super patient and made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a cashier who is that knowledgeable and friendly while keeping the line moving. Great customer service!”
“The service was amazing. We arrived upon opening of the outlets. Meagan at Aeropostale was the first gal who intercepted us. She not only guided us in the direction of sales, she's an incredible personal stylist. She builds your confidence while trying on new shapes and sizes. Both my husband and I enjoyed our experience and already discussing returning. If your near or plan to shop at Aero soon, they are working a jeans drive. Donate y'all!”

“I love going into this place when I'm looking for clothes for the right occasion I can usually find it. Sometimes they don't have the biggest inventory when it comes to sizes. But the employees there are always willing to help you out. Also the prices are so reasonable with there credit card. :)”

“For my wedding earlier this year, I went to almost every men's formalwear shop in the North Bay... these are the only folks I found who carry quality products, and actually know their stuff. Ya know, like how humans used to do business.
So if you want several steps up from whatever on-sale crap they'll try to sell you at Nordstrom or Brooks Brothers... come here and get something actually good.
Tom, Brianna and the team are ridiculously knowledgeable, friendly people. I had a fantastic experience ordering a custom suit with them and will definitely be back.”
