I ordered a heavy duty setup and the two mounting rails got lost in shipment. So I was able to get two L slotted steel rail stock and set it up to be used as my mounts to the wall”
“Stopped by looking for an obscure plastic connector that broke in my old moen faucet. These guys had it in stock. The staff was super friendly and helpful to look up the model of my faucet (which I did not know) and to make sure that the part would fit. They easily saved me $150 plus labor to replace the whole faucet. Fun fact, they use a large noisy dot matrix printer to print up receipts. Hadnt seen one of those in years, and it made me chuckle.”
