“I purchased my Ecco field mower at Frog in Santa Rosa. Was never happy about their service. Last time I took it to Frog for repairs, they kept it for 2 months while my field grew like wild. They fixed a minor issue and didn’t address the problem. Installed a new cutoff switch, which fell off the machine in the car on the way back. Otherwise, they didn’t appear to have touched it. It ran worse when I got it back than when I took it in for service. Charged me $380. Larsengines kept it for 2 weeks and tuned it up, replaced the carburetor and now it runs great. They charged $300 but I think the carburetor was an expensive part. Never going back to Frog.”

“Anthony went above and beyond to help me with my bass guitar neck screws. They were hard to find (for me) and I knew to got to Fastenal, because they have everything. He nearly immediately found the correct parts and then found the correct length. I've been looking forward to putting my bass guitar together, meaning the neck to the body and Anthony helped me make it possible. His customer service was excellent. I felt important. Something that lacks in today's brick and mortar these days. The baggers at Lucky don't even smile or say thank you. I recommend Fastenal to you.”
